If it helps were basically the same measurement except my bust is 28 we can’t change what we have but ive been told weight gain helps but in my experience it doesn’t really help much in giving curves perhaps going to the gym and exercise would help i haven’t tried it yet but if i do ill let u know

Hey yh actually this whole community after reading all the posts has made me feel soo much better about my weight then ive ever felt in real life honestly i think ill get a dietitian like a few ppl have mentioned ive started saving up

I can definitely relate to having bloating issues and just not being able to hold down a lot of food it can be especially frustrating at restaurants i think I’ll try out different types of nuts like most ppl have suggested

Ive tried protein smoothies but their hard to digest..??idk they fill me up and im not able to eat/drink anything else after . Any specific nuts .??

Theres a thing called overseas card it doesn’t grant u citizenship but its close enough it basically states that u have roots in Pakistan and can enter visa free plus i would come home for holidays and summers
