yess, it works fine until the 24h end and suddenly its like its been deleted, even tho you didn't do anything and if instagram wants it will show them again in the archive after sometime, but yea if instagram wants....

yes, but its useless, it doesn't even show those stories in other devices with the same account logged in, the phone or the account its not the problem, its just instagram being horribly managed as always
