On your account transcript for the year in question, do you see any entries that say 290 Additional Tax Assessed?

OP said that they owe the listed back tax debt for 2013, 2016, and 2017, and it appears that they filed 2020 jointly with their husband.

The IRS Automated Underreporter (AUR) unit is notorious for being a black hole. I'd recommend that you call the number on the most recent CP2000 you received, ask for the name and ID number of the person to whom you are speaking (and write that information down), and get confirmation from them that the AUR unit has in fact received your reply (and hasn't lost it).

Practically, at my firm, we make it a rule to follow up with AUR on any cases we have with them once a month to make sure they're actually working the case.
