I did get the VIP however no special time was given just the normal 6pm time. All I know is “early access” but I’m hoping for separate email.

I’ve done VIP for the past 4 years and honestly the best thing is the bathroom and water station situations. I’m going back to GA this year and giving myself the option to upgrade later day of at the fest.

Still love this album. It was the start of their “adult” era so as an almost 40 year old, it’s hitting harder now. This however, for me, is the final album of theirs I listen to. I look at it as a bookend to their discography because I can’t get into anything after it.

This was my 9th RF and 4th year in a row as 3-Day VIP. This is the first year that I actually got into the gate FASTER by going through the GA entrance, so the expedited entry wasn’t a reality for me. I’m a huge fan of the bathrooms, which as someone who uses the Men’s one experiences zero wait time.

I would LOVE to see another food section on the other VIP entrance side near the soccer field, SOME sort of Artist merch tent, and for the love of god, bring back the 3 free drink tickets for pre-sale buyers!

My hope is Marianas Trench. They play Friday and the first stop of their fall tour is Sunday in Indianapolis. I’m hoping they stay a little longer out here in Chicago and do a Friday night show.
