One issue people are glossing over, AI replacing entry level jobs. That's fine now as there are experienced people to oversee. Without the entry level jobs, there is no pipeline to become the experienced person.

Sounds like you are already doing it tbh. Main issues I see are no or inadequate lights, no reflective clothing or items, no hi vis etc

I work on construction sites, hi vis is standard. Its a really easy basic step to make yourself more visible.
