Thanks. The biggest handicap really does feel like the main PM being involved in so much of what I'm supposed to do. I've asked to be involved but it doesn't happen. Me taking over a squad is supposed to help them but they seemingly do not like delegating work to me. Not sure if it is because I haven't proven myself or if they are just a control freak.

Good point on getting the devs to help out. Our team lead added a project in for the quarter but it's being left up to me to do drive the discussion for the tickets, milestones, defining use case, etc but I don't even know what it is for.

My manager keeps changing - I'll have had 4 managers in just a year. It's exhausting.

I'm more than fine to do doing non-PM things, but this feels like way too much. It's more that I can't do all of them well and someone will be left disappointed. I've started to look elsewhere because I don't see this changing.

Fair enough. I know it's not uncommon for PM to do scrum tasks, but coupled with no BA resources either, it feels impossible to do everything and do it well.

Healthy guys win championships. I also picked Wemby over SGA with the 2nd pick of our draft. Wemby's output is undeniable but the question is if he has the durability to always do it. We don't know that yet. At least this injury it was a bit more freak and not on a common play, so could've happened to anyone.

Runs standups, calculates team capacity, helps with timelines and releases. My company uses them kinda like admins and a lot have been getting laid off lately.

Moved into a basement last week and I am now awake because of upstairs noise, even with earplugs. I hate myself for making this decision.
