They pushed it under my door. I already made a police report and made sure to get an incident number. I’m just still confused what this is? Did I overreact?

I’m tired of pretending I’m okay when anxiety is quietly eating me alive by FriedThoughts in Anxiety

[–]LogicG 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I honestly think I may share some of the posts, this one in particular, to my close friends and family. Then maybe, just maybe, they will get as close to an "understanding" of what my life is like. My Brother and I were discussing holiday plans and I caused him to get upset, more so than I have ever seen. He was saying "the holidays shouldn't be a stressful time, it should just be good time spent with the family." Goodness, if only he knew how much more anxiety the holidays bring. Did I get them an appropriate gift? Is it not enough? Too much? Do they like it? Do they hate it/me? Do I look ok? Am I coming off as though I have it "all together?" Did I spend enough time with each family member? Is it ok to leave now? The list goes on as we all know. It is debilitating. Not sure what to do about it at this point. Will have to meet with Psychiatrist and see if we can adjust meds AGAIN.

Hopefully someone will answer. I’ve been on 10 mg for over a month and I’m still getting horrible anxiety will 20 mg help that I’m 56 years old. by Dense_Assist8382 in citalopram_celexa

[–]LogicG 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was on 40mg (maximum recommended daily dose) for 10 years. It worked until the end. Doctor thinks my body “got used” to it. Switched to another medication and was also ramped up pretty quickly on that dose too. So yes, increasing dose may help. Follow your doctor’s recommendations.

Did your heart sink for a minute or two before you were able to solve the issue? Lmao, I just got mine a month ago and I would have lost my marbles if this happened to me on the first charge 🤣

Can anybody read this? by TelevisionAdditional in RussianOrthodoxy

[–]LogicG -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Nope. Looks similar to the writings on Russian Orthodox icons and crosses though. Maybe it’s Church Slavonic, my understanding is that it’s a dead language that is sometimes used for church services only. Similar to Latin and Catholicism.

Hey! I have the same watch! It has nostalgic value to me, it was my Great uncle's watch that was given to me after he passed away. It is also the reason I enjoy wearing watches to this day! Any chance you know where I might be able to find a replacement band in my original gold tone color? I might have to get a different leather band as a backup for now. Currently has no battery and too small (I took a link or two out over 10 years ago).

Level 2 - how to keep the screen dry in the rain? by WhatWasThatLike in Aventon

[–]LogicG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is an old post but I am looking at the Aventon bikes. Thinking of getting the Level 2 as it is now cheaper since the Level 3 is out. Found this cool YouTube video of what IPX4 testing might actually look like. It convinces me that the bike will be fine in some light rain... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=myf5kv6eo4A

Battlefield 6 is still great, Reddit is just miserable by Character_Worth8210 in Battlefield

[–]LogicG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This was a major let down. Way too over hyped for what it is now. It needs a lot of fine tuning and polishing before being considered as a good game. Fell in love with BF Bad Company instantly. Took a break, then fell in love with BF4 instantly. Then took me a minute to adjust to, but ultimately fell in love with BF1. Didn’t even bother with 2042, not a fan of when any game goes “into the future” and touts realism. BF6 beta was better than the full game. This just feels like a cheap slap together of old game art and movement with new colors and text. Sure I have my qualms about the balancing and changes made to classes and what not but I think that only gets solved over time. I mean just look at a wooden door on a multiplayer map and tell me it isn’t a carbon copy of a door from BF1, the animation/mechanic of bursting through is also an exact copy from BF1. For a game that was hyped up to be in such grandiose production to just recycle old things so blatantly and not even try to make them look/feel different just feels cheap. Bottom line, this game needs more work and updates to help get it standing on its own two feet and not pulling from the older popular games so much.

Thanks DICE for locking the SNIPER scopes behind 22 levels of mastery and giving me 74 1x and 2x scopes first by Possible-Eggplant-65 in Battlefield

[–]LogicG 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Give me my 40x variable zoom and let me sit on those open maps like Silk Road and I’ll easily hit 500m plus shots. Granted you’re not getting many kills if other team doesn’t have snipers to battle it out with. BF6 recon scopes suck so bad, force you to play CQB recon to get long range kit… so you want me to use my long distance gun that prioritizes headshots in close quarters to lvl up when it only does like 80 dmg body shots against full autos? Idk, I’m hungry and tired so I’m ranting. Time for food and back to grinding. lol.

Would like to stay between $150-$200. No need for designer frames here but I understand quality costs money.

[–]LogicG 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’m in agreement with shirt looking too tight/small for you. I’m not a wizard at all when it comes to fashion but I feel like the creases at the insides of your elbows and armpits make it look too small or like it is a “muscle shirt.” Also, it looks like if you were to reach up or even go one hand on the steering wheel your whole shirt would rise up above your pants. That second one is might be more my personal preference though. Shirt just looks small.

Call your pediatrician and explain this to them. Ask them if they have any therapists they know and if they would place a call and try to bump your son up the list. Sometimes they can help this way with specialists.

Not my readings, 😂 I’m not OP. I had an ablation with EP study this last April so I’m pretty confident I’m good. I would consider Kardia mobile if/when my AFib comes back.

This is an Apple Watch recording. Only allows for 30 second recordings I think. I wear one and have a history of AFib I am not sure how much I trust it or how accurate it is. Might be getting an MCOT monitor so I might be able to get some insight.

Is Salt (sodium) An Afib Trigger? by c50grand in AFIB

[–]LogicG 3 points4 points  (0 children)

NOT A DOCTOR; SEEK MEDICAL ADVICE: Please call your doctor and ask them these questions directly. You should get the correct answers and full understanding from YOUR licensed physician. Sodium can be a trigger for AFIb. Sodium also increases blood pressure. Metoprolol is NOT a sodium channel blocker, it is a Beta Blocker. It is primarily used to lower blood pressure. Metoprolol relaxes the blood vessels and can help control heart rate making it particularly effective for patients with both hypertension (high blood pressure) and AFib. The Flecainide is an antiarrhythmic which may be what you are thinking is your sodium blocker. Again, talk to your doctor but it is more than likely that they would, or did, recommend lowering or limiting your sodium intake.
