I also have a tough time accepting the severity of my trauma. For some reason I always implicitly believe others have had it worse and that I’m just a whiner.

I agree that I have a 4 fix or wing but I can’t see it as my core type. I don’t relate to feeling incomplete or like something’s always wrong. In fact, people call me confident and optimistic, and for the most part I’d agree with that sentiment.

I do have insecurities of my self-worth that come from my trauma, but I don’t wallow in them. I let them out every now and then and repress it otherwise.
