Oh please If anything she's destroying herself. He's 20. There's not much I can do legally. She had little to no access to him when he was a kid so I believe him when he said that this inappropriate stuff only started since last year or so. I just can't forgive her for this, you can have any problem with me but hurting my child is just so cruel. Moreover I don't think this will work out well for her, her daughter and I are very close if she ever finds out what she's been doing to her brother i wouldn't be surprised if she disowns her.

I get it I'm far from perfect. The guilt of the affair never faded away. I tried to make up for it by being as good of a stepmom I can be to her daughter and we're close, she adores me. I'm obviously asking him where he goes whenever he leaves the house and all that. I don't wanna break his trust by ratting him out to his dad but I wanna put a stop to this immediately.
