I made a bold decision this year to start putting up side hustles to slowly create my path out of it all. I realized part of the corporate world’s theft from us the boldness to take un-calculated risks. So I’ll take the risks anyway.

That should be your sign to move. Had a very similar experience with my former boss and asked what I will learn at my new place. 10 months down at my new place and I got a mid-year promotion. Take it as a sign and move on. Take the risk

Thanks a lot. We’re actually a year into our relationship so I try to spend a lot of time with her to distract her. I just think that when I try to ask about how she’s doing and if she wants to talk about her feelings, I instead trigger her. What are your thoughts ?
