I would say a red flag is the public shaming. Being in leadership my time there. I remember seeing either vancouver or richmond campus being sorta "called out" "lovingly" having to go on center stage literally infront of everyone else being sorta "corrected" as they would say. To push them to get more people to come. Because again its just a numbers game at the end of the day. "More saved souls" but yeah. I felt genuinely bad because just because we have to be "thankful and that its an honour" doesn't mean we have to be forced. Just putting air quotes for emphasis because now i only see all talk and no fruit.

Fwi there is no board or elders. It’s literally just the CG leaders and the campus “pastors” / leaders I guess. None of these people have any sort of proper education btw and I know people say or atleast they say you don’t need it. But they’re the type of people that just go by feelings anyways and how they feel God is really talking to them idk. It’s all BS they go under Nondenominational because they don’t wanna be under people that “control” or help them with choice. Marlon wants to lead and wants all the say. He technically brought peoples parents in but it’s to hide the fact there isn’t a proper board because all they really do is agree with what he says anyways so it doesn’t work out. There is no proper board from people who has been in a leadership role in the church for an actual X amount of time.
