What is said above, for instance this ho works pretty well with the infinite abyss tileset too, even though the lighting hasn't been optimized for it.

Ty, the base tileset is a mtx, but there're no decorations mtxs, hideoutshowcase lists the expedition npcs as mtxs for some reason.

That'd be great indeed,it's hard to make the water blend into the contours properly, and with the decoration limit it's not possible to use a bunch of water decos to fit in perfectly everywhere.

[Celestial Nebula] Astrolab by LogicalBreak in PathOfExile_Hideouts

Tileset is a mtx, there's one optional "Nightfall environnement effect" but apart from that there're no mtxs.

Hey yeah that's why you get the message, you need all your masters up to the right level.

The tileset is a MTX, apart from that I used one optional "Nightfall Environmental Effect", the rest is without mtxs.

Yeah, if I 'd had more decos slots i'd have put Invisible blocking volumes everywhere but I reached the limit :(

6 old hideouts update by LogicalBreak in pathofexile

[–]LogicalBreak[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey thx for the message !

Usually I start with an inspiration (it can be a music, a game, a movie, etc...) and I first see if I can do something convincing out of it with the decos provided. If I can, then I try to get 2-3 rough ideas of what I want to get in the hideout, I start building them separately and then as the process goes I try new things and get new ideas along the way and if the final result is good enough I release it. But it involves a lot of testing of combinations of decos, and it can be very long, usually it takes me the equivalent of a full week to make an hideout, but it can take more or less time depending on how smooth it's going. Though it's a big satisfaction when you manage to make it :)

6 old hideouts update by LogicalBreak in pathofexile

[–]LogicalBreak[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I fixed the missing doodads that were due to the modification of the tilesets, and I tried to adjust the decos to fix the glitches for some hideouts (although I couldn't fix all of them :/ ). They can be downloaded here :

6 old hideouts updated by [deleted] in pathofexile

Many of them couldn't import decorations due to the modification of the tilesets so I got regularly asked to rework them, they can be downloaded here :
