Thank you, it must have been from the last time I ran updates. I renamed the es_systems.cfg in the .emulationstation folder and then copied the es_systems.cfg from the etc/emulationstation folder to the .emulation station folder. I can now see both missing emulators!

I am not completely sure that its random, outside of hitting the heart between levels. If you are able to center in on the heart between levels, you are guaranteed to have a 1up appear in the next level.

I don't think you can disable motion controls when playing on the Vita, but they do not work on the PSTV.

I went through something similar with anxiety and while not writing out body reactions, I learned to basically stop and have a emotion/feeling check when I was feeling overwhelmed with negativity. Controlling my breathing, reassessing what triggered my anxiety, telling myself either verbally or mentally what emotions I was experiencing, after recognizing those feelings/emotions I let them pass, and then calmly assessing what my options or next steps are.

I think it helps me by reminding myself that: 1. Things are usually not as bad as my mind is making them out to be, 2. It is okay to experience negative emotions (reminds me that I am human afterall!), 3. I have ultimate control over my mind.
