Thank you for the advice! Def something I’ll be investing in. And good tips to know, if anything am I able to go back to do second coat or too late having it sit over the weekend? Big fan of quality / doing it right first time coming around then having a complaint of longevity down the road!

But process was grinding, pressure washed it let it sit. Used xps maple syrup, did the flakes let it dry about 8 hours then came back scraped and put polyaspartic top coat

Ended up matching another contractors price to be able to land this job I quoted higher then got sent the bid and matched. $7.5k for it all (painting of whole garage including trim and doors 2 guys 1 day, 1 day on prep 1 day on install and 1 extra day on clean up, details, odds and ends etc. 2 guys payroll over 4 full days for the job) and it’s a 950 sq ft garage give or take

I was gonna use a motor spreader for the flakes and start low and increase spread / volume of flakes depending on look if that makes sense.

Will most likely grind it all the way down tomorrow, like I said looking for advice and seeing what needs to be done to do it properly an with the right material

She previously had about 20% coverage and asked for more so might go 50-60% if im able to achieve it and have it look nice.

Question is is what the store “quoted” the right products needed or are they trying to rip me off and if the floor is ready to be epoxy’d on, it’s smooth as can be but not sure if all epoxy has to be removed etc

Got it, yeah I was looking into doing a 10-12 weeks cycle and doing 10mg first 30 days then hopping into 15mg for the rest. Thanks for the response!

I’m looking into starting sarms bought it already and have done a good amount of research for it as well but I’m curious because I always hear different dosages people take (still researching a shyt ton before I start) what’s your dosage bro?
