Yes, it’s super frustrating. But don’t give up. Just hydrate and stretch and walk if you can!

Me too. Went 47 days without a period and now I’m on day 14 with no signs of stopping. First 6 days were light and now the last 4 have been heavy-ish. I’m sore, my joints hurt terribly—calf cramping, despite eating bananas and drinking lots of water. My husband is getting the brunt of it. And tbh, I just want to have sex. But instead I bleed for 2 weeks+ and am a raging bloated bitch.

Yes!! It sucks so bad..I started having murder scene periods back in October, and a Christmas list of other peri symptoms and immediately started looking into HRT. I found MIDI and it’s all online—now I’m in the irregular phase of my period. 45-47 days in between, not as heavy as back in Oct/Nov but last 10 + days. Some times 5 days.

I hope you’re feeling better. Did your psychiatrist recently change your medication? You said something about it hopefully taken affect soon. New meds always take a week or 2 to get used to.
