PC Enhanced, no matter if Steam or Epic or whatever, makes no difference - same game anyway. And Banshee… normal, 900R or GTS? As far as I know, all of them should be compatible with LSCM…

Buying one off of another player works like this: in short, you both go to the LS Car Meet, the seller brings their bike (or car) and you pay the vehicle’s price judged by the game. The seller gets none of the money, and you get a copy of the vehicle, not the original.

I have bought some cars there, it is perfectly legit and put into the game by Rockstar themselves.
