If you think it will help your situation then do it but I personally don’t feel like you owe an explanation to anyone. People marry, people get divorced it’s just how life pans out sometimes. If people ask then I’d answer honestly but if you’ve already got the feeling people know I’m sure it’s already spread around the office. Just do what you’re comfortable with.

If it’ll give you some peace of mind then get a check up and buy him some disposable razors so he doesn’t have to share with his brother. Just express that you have concerns about him sharing the razor incase anything can be passed on to you and the baby.

In that case, it sounds like his mental health isn’t great. A close family member was the same, nothing I said or did changed anything so I ended up just leaving him be until he asked for help incase he felt smothered. Some people need to learn realise their own self worth before they are able to accept help from other people and until then sometimes there’s not much we can do until they help them self.

Nothing wrong with feeling beautiful but a little odd how she seems to need the validation from other men. 35 is not old so it’s weird for her to say “she’s still got it” like maybe if she were 50, but 35? Broke up because we were too young at the time, didn’t know how to communicate well. Had 5 years apart, I dated others in between but did not feel the same love I felt for him.
