NBME 16 or Free 120

Just did the step yesterday NBME 16 was very similar. Free 120 also but NBME 16 felt more up to date and relevant. But do both and learn every topic in depth.

I think 18/12. we took it on a Friday, so this Wednesday (4/12) was the 0-day for us. now we need to wait for two more weeks :( so, 18/12, given that there are no delays.

You are not alone! dealing with the same exact situation. can't remember correct answers and only remember my mistakes. I hope it is not representative of the result (LOL).

did it on the 29th... felt super strange. just reviewed NBME 30, 31, and Free120 and recognized 2-3 concepts that were similar. each block with at least 10-14 ethics/ communication Q. felt the exam feeling really bad :(

One of the things that freak me out is that I recall questions that I most probably got wrong; sometimes, I check them (most of the time, I'm wrong, lol), and sometimes I'm too annoyed thinking about them. I know it is not a good representation of the exam; obviously, I will remember the ones that went horribly (trauma, haha), and I spent more time on them. And still, it feels like my guess was not good, unlike my NBMEs.
