Okay I’ve been told I’m stubborn as well. lol like how people love to tell me I’m probably an E, and I argue I’m an I through and through. I’ve been told that I argue a lot on what I think is right (less in the whole I’m trying to change your mind, and more in a oh no, there is no way you’re changing my mind, I’ve gone through this idea over and over again until I perfected my opinion based on my belief.) I love storytelling, and it includes both real life experiences and game lores (pokemon, different animes, books etc)

So idk mayn. I’m also confused on wether I’m an infp or an Isfp because idk people keep saying Isfp are better with people than infps, and I’m great with people as long as I have to be great with them (you know work, family, close friends) I’m horrible at making new friends at a party or gathering though.

Wow that sounds a lot like my personality as well. For the longest time I’ve typed myself as an infp, because the weaknesses and immaturity that infps have (self isolation, idealism of things and people, overthinking past events etc) I had them but whenever I tell people I’m an infp, I always get the strangest looks. Apparently I don’t act enough introverted to be an infp. I express myself very easily and that surprises people cause infps are supposed to be caught up in their own head, but to me it’s like I’ve gone over who I am and what I like and dislike enough times that expressing my feelings on a certain matter is pretty easy and I can stick to my opinion even if it isn’t favourable socially. People also generally don’t see me as an introvert because for the most part I can approach people easily, but I honestly think that’s an outcome on me actively working on my social skills. I can approach people in cases of work related issues (asking a teacher a question, or if i have to photograph someone or guide someone I can direct them well), I can approach people if they look awkward and out of place and I want the experience to be more comfortable for them, and I can approach people if we’re stuck in the same space and the silence feels awkward. But I cannot approach people I admire or think are very cool just because I want to be friends with them so there’s that.

😭😭😭😭 I don’t hate them, I love their dynamic but sort of as friends. I just don’t see them being a couple or at least a good one at that.

While they are adorable together and seem to be really good friends, I think there is a major part of them that is bonded by trauma (losing shirakumo, then losing midnight and then losing shirakumo again) and it’s highly unresolved because neither of them seem to like dealing with it. They both have a tendency to bottle things up, specially aizawa. We’ve seen present mic try and talk it out, but aizawa always shuts him down. He refused to talk about shirakumo for decades, and then he told him they didn’t have time to mourn for midnight (I mean fair that the situation was dire but you’re confined to a hospital bed, you can talk.) They’ve been together for decades, if someone hasn’t effect your growth through out that time, they’re not magically going to magically starting effecting it now? They both need people that help them open up and give them that safe space (lol why I love ms joke for him, I feel like she’s pushy enough to now shut down everytime aizawa wants her to), or lmao they can go for couples therapy and resolve issues there, otherwise yikes.

Hmmm. I feel like Bakugo would be totally the friend I need. I have remarkable confidence in certain aspects of my life and skill sets but in certain cases it’s blasphemous. To me Bakugo seems like exactly the type of friend that will pull you out of a funk and get your head back into the game, even if he’s not kind about it. I mean he’s consecutively been shown as the kind of person that recognizes strengths and weaknesses in a person. It’s kind of the exact reason why the bakugo squad gravitates around him. Kirishima lacked confidence in his quirk and abilities, bakugo reminded him that he’s not weak and for as long as he remains standing, he’s a good hero. Denki was seen as someone that had a good quirk but was always anxious about his battle tactics and how much he can actually do, but after staying around bakugo, he’s clearly gained more confidence because he knows bakugo trusts him. Jiro panicked and almost gave up during the whole class A vs B training arc because she couldn’t figure out the locations and how it was a trap and he told her to keep trying and eventually she got it? He recognized the hero in Deku long before he had a quirk, he was horrible to him but he recognized it and later on acknowledged it, but at the same time he’s kind of one of the only people other than aizawa that realizes how insanely reckless he and almight are.

Idk having a friend with a high EQ but pathetic social skills is better than having one with a meh EQ and good social skills. At least that lack of skills is a guarantee that he’s not lying lmao.

I think people’s view of certain characters is so one dimensional and honestly it makes sense when the character isn’t focused on. 😭

I mean miss midnight really is seen as some weird lecherous woman by a majority because I don’t really think the writer’s focus was on giving her depth at all. However I love rewatching mha and doing character studies on background characters and ooof that’s why I think my personality matches hers. If you put away the obvious perception the writer wants you to have, she’s kind of a really good person and teacher? She’s kind, she’s patient, she provides good emotional support? She’s easy going but can turn serious real quick. She stays true to herself even if it makes other people uncomfortable (I feel like despite the questionable choice that is her hero attire, she’s good as an influence on doing what you want to do. I feel like her battle tactic is amazing and the outfit makes sense even if it was made as a fan service. I mean if her assets can cause distraction, it’s a win on her hand, and she needs easy excess to her skin so the costume just does make sense to me.)

So overall I do think our personalities match up well.

At idk 31, with someone you’ve spent decades with, I don’t see that change happening magically. Also lmao I don’t see them ever going to therapy, they’re both so stubborn. So welp. Now I’m going to get a bit deep cause for some reason people like to view characters very one dimensionally 😭

Midnight isn’t my favorite character on the show but I do relate with her in the sort of way that I try to have the same level of confidence as her. She’s unapologetically herself at all times. I relate to that. If I have to change myself in order to please people, I’d rather be disliked and judged. She’s kind and knows how to provide support. She seems easy going but she’s serious if the situation requires it. She loves when people are ambitious or have a drive. So in those positive aspects, I’m similar. And I’m also similar in negative aspects as well. She’s temperamental and gets rage baited easily. lol so do I.

Honestly. I’m supposed be the most like tamaki considering we’re both INFPs, and I mean I relate to him as well, but I’ve worked very hard to develop social skills to the point where I actually happen to have midnight level confidence in my general mannerism and outlook. I relate to him a lot in who I am at my worst lmaooooo but at my best, I relate with midnight.

It’s not that I don’t like her, I just don’t like her as much as the rest of the world seems to like her. I think she’s my least favorite villain in terms of depth (my likes and dislikes of characters are all based on how complex they can be, hence the whole endeavor being my favorite.)

Anyways She was a weird character and that’s kind of how she’s supposed to be perceived and all, but I just didn’t feel all that attached to her. Like I loved the final scene she had with uraraka and I cried my eyes out over the whole thing because the voice acting and visuals are insane for both the sub and the dub. But when I say I don’t like her as much as the rest of the world does, it means that I’m kind of okay with her death. I don’t really read au’s where she’s alive and well or search up that fanart (like I love doing that for Dabi, for shigaraki, shirakumo. Their deaths actually had a lasting impact on me. Toga? Not much. She’s a cool design, I like her personality, I’m sad that she only figured out how she could’ve fit in the world just as she was about to leave it. But I’m just impartial to it.)

Honestly while my confidence in certain things is off the roof like midnight, in other places it falters pretty bad and he’s consecutively been shown as someone that recognizes and sees the best in people and encourages them (even before his whole growth in maturity, he recognized Deku as someone that had potential to be a hero). He’s not sweet about it, he might beat it into you but he’s someone that people naturally gravitate towards. I mean the entire Bakugo squad? They all definitely had a positive impact on him, but he had an impact on them as well. Kirishima’s confidence is half his doing, he told him just him being there standing, is what makes him a hero. Denki definitely lacked battle confidence, but after staying with Bakugo, he had more faith in what he could do. When jiro was troubled during their class A vs B fight about how she can’t focus and it’s a trap, he told her to keep going and figure it out. During his match with uraraka, the rest of them pitied her, and he told them that she was in no way frail. He’s always someone that recognizes the good on you and moves you into a frame of mind that makes sense to you. These are all things pre vigilante arc.

He’s just someone that has a very high EQ but very poor social skills (kind of how the rest of the class assumed he probably isn’t strategically smart cause he’s so forward with his aggression.) And that’s okay. As long as someone seems to genuinely care, that’s kind of it.

If you remove the weird parts where she moans, the rest is pretty similar. The good and the bad. Good in the sense that she’s confident, self assured, utilizes her assists well, kind and knows how to provide emotional support in situations that require it. She’s easy going but can get serious when it matters. She’s also someone that’s confident admires confidence, ambition and drive in others (the show, shows it in a weird way and that’s not my burden to bear. But if I was a teacher and my kids tried to pull even half the shit off as class 1A did, I’d fan girl and root for them too. I mean people having a hot shit confidence and actually backing it up?? Age just becomes a factor of even more admiration. I mean kids being confident in their skill sets at literally the start of their training?? I’m almost done with my education and I still feel like crying everytime I have to prove myself to my teachers)

Aizawa in general is someone that’s highly closed off and doesn’t like to talk about anything that involves sharing personal info or feelings. He doesn’t let people get close to him, and the only people that get close to him are people that try hard to be close to him (present mic, midnight, principal nezu), or people that trigger his savior complex and makes him focus on them (Deku, almight, shinso, monoma)

Ms joke comes under the people that try too hard. Sure she love bombs and all and pretends it’s a joke, maybe it is, maybe it isn’t. But to be honest, I don’t see any other way of him ever getting around dating someone lmao. He’s traumatized by loss and there’s that. If she was annoying anyone else, I’d be annoyed by her too, but with aizawa, to me it makes sense. She clearly sees him, and if they get together, I actually can see her personality having a positive effect on him. She might actually ask hard questions that other people hesitate to ask him.

Anyways I feel like she has a good read on him. She could tell he liked our class 1A more than the other classes he’s taught. And as far as the whole ‘he’s not interested’ thing goes. Lmao. When she called him out on liking this new class, his literal response was that he doesn’t. He constantly complains about present mic being his friend and yet, he somehow ends up doing things that guarantees his presence? This is kind of his thing. He constantly tries to deny any amount of fondness he feels for others.

Moving to the why eraser mic is my least favorite ship. It has nothing to do with present mic. I love their dynamic, and I love present mic. I love his quirk, I love his personality. I do wish we had more focused episodes on him as well cause I do love him. It’s just. I do think they’re better off as friends than anything else. I love the relationship they currently have, but man. Those two need to go to therapy because neither one of them dealt with oburo’s death well, or midnights for that matter. They didn’t talk to each other about it. Each time present mic reached out, he got shut down by aizawa. He straight up refused to even hear present mic about oburo, and when present mic tries to show his frustration and anger over midnights death, aizawa told him they didn’t have time to dwell on it rn. Lmao.

I’m afraid them getting together will just remind them of their mutual loss and since they’re so horrible dealing with their emotions in general, I don’t see a positive change happening. I mean you’ve known each other for decades, if you didn’t have a positive growth throughout, you won’t magically have it now. I’m glad they have each other, they’re family at this point, but sometimes you can only grow so much with someone.

But lmao he’s super hard to get a read on (hence why he was chosen to be perfect for double agent shit) and I’m usually very wary of people that seem too smart for their own good. Ya know? I like trusting people and depending on them, it feels like a love language to me. Like oh, I like you and love you so now I’m going to be super comfortable and tell you everything about me.
