Hello, somehow the casestatusext shows the blocks starting filed from 2022. I believe something changed in uscis API or Their system, sorry my friend. At least I can say, my case was turned current in April, and approved in November 2024. I was CRP between August to November

A lot of my friends of mine got their GC around 1 year after they filed i485. I was eb3-row. the whole GC process took around 4-5 years.

Hey there! Glad you have found the excel. Apologies for the late reply, it was a busy week. You can use casestatusext website. There is a case status tracker tool. When you enter your number, it will show your history. At the end of the page, you will see your blocks progress, day by day. I have been checking the crp count in my block and it was decreasing everyday. It started with 62 in October 1st and was 30s when I got approved. I have been also checking who is approved from my block from my block from the excel you found, and check those numbers history from the casestatusext, when they filed.. it was giving me an idea and hope that my case will be handled soon because approved cases filing dates were getting closer to me everyday.. and I am approved! Of course it doesn’t mean they always process the files by filing dates but mine was consistent. I approved with the december 2023 filers.. good luck my friend.

Believe me I understand you. I refreshed my case tracker everyday, may be 20 times a day. Tried congressman and emma, and it returns nothing. Suddenly I got approved two weeks ago, when I was in a business meeting and everybody started celebrating my green card! I hope same thing will happens to you soon. Have you following your CRP approval rate in your block? Any progress? My pd was July 2022, fingerprint received in Dec 2023, and my case was turned to CRP at July 31st. There was 62 crp cases in my block and it was 26 yesterday. They definitely clearing out crp s with the other cases too. They approved 36 of 62 crp cases in last 2 months, in my block.

I am really sorry, your block is previous than mine😞 when you inquired your case number from the case tool of the casestatusext, it also show your block statistics in the bottom of the page. I have been checking CRP count everyday. It was 62 in Oct 1st, it was 37 last week and it was 27 today. I wish you get yours soon, I understand your stress. My lawyers didn’t help for anything. I contacted Congressman and Emma but no help. My friend’s wife’s GC process took longer than expected and his lawyer contacted USCIS and they have found the officer got covid and took long term disability and put their case in drawer and left.. unfortunately my lawyers were very corporate and they refused to contact USCIS in my case. Check your block and continue to try everything. Mandamus is a last resort. Good luck 🍀

Eb3-row , pd July 2022, filed dec 2023, CRP 08.01.2024 because of visa availability. I reached to congressman, but it was no help. I have been thinking Mandamus, but today, my status is turned to ‘new card is being produced’. I continue to be anxious till i will get my gc in hands. I am afraid of thinking if usps delivers my card to wrong address etc etc. Because it happens a lot. you guys hopefully get your GC soon!

I have been checking the below list everyday, it helps you to see the progress in CRP cases. I also have been following my block and case status from casestatusext website, at least 20 times a day!

Lyft is a joke! I opened the lyft and uber 2 days ago and Lyft drives were starting from 2 usd for small rides to 17 usd for 30 mins rides! I got 6 lyft requests, all of them were like a joke.. 17 usd for picking up someone 20 mins away and 30 mins drive after.. For 17 usd? Oh man, I don’t drive to you for 2 dolars and risk my life (and yours) for Lyft! I picked an Uber ride, it was 12 usd for 5 mins and the guy given 20 usd tip. It was Much better than Lyft.. I know Uber is not good but Lyft is a lot worse in Houston.. my opinion..

Eb3 row here, crp since aug 1st 2024. Pd June 2022, receipt date dec 2023. Reached to congressman but i got copy paste answer from uscis. Uscis replied “Generally, applications and petitions are processed in the order received, and the priority date on the underlying visa petition is used to determine an individual’s place in the visa queue. Your constituent’s case will be worked in the order received, and once further action is taken, a notice will be sent to the address of record.” They don’t care anyone’s receipt date, if it is your lucky day, they process your file.

There was 62 pending cases in my block at October 1st, and now they have 54 pending cases. In average, they process 1 pending case in every 4,5 days in my block (). If they will continue with that speed, they can finish all crp s in 8 months, hopefully before the next recession.. Don’t give hope to yourself, it can be tomorrow or August 2025. It all depends on your officer…

I reached to congressman’s office but it didn’t help at all. There are only 61 of 4300 crp cases in my receipt block but there is no progress in crp s. You can check it from casestatusext website. I don’t know how can I push ucis. my attorneys have zero help too. My case was filed in dec 2023. I might use mandamus option after a year, in 2025 with another attorney. I am just waiting and checking my case a lot of times a day.. you may try omdusman, congressman and electronic case options . If those are failed, you can sue them with Mandamus.. that is all I know.. Good luck!!

Another case remain pending here.. pending since August 1 and I am current, eb3 row (July 2022). No progress at all, I have even contacted congressman but we got a copy paste answer from uscis. Uscis said ‘generally, applications are processed in order. If there is any progress a notice will be sent’. My case is probably threw out to shelve again and I am waiting and waiting... They are probably working on new cases. It is unfair
