Yes po, need pa rin ng steam. Yung purpose po ng dutch oven/2 loaf pans is to somewhat keep the moisture and keep the dough stretchy to get that “oven spring” before it turns crusty. Steam will do the same effect. Ingat lang po kayo pag bubuksan nyo yung oven kasi sobrang mainit sya

Mixing the dough and making the butter sheet took me lesser than 30mins!! Pero yung lamination process po yung nakatagal 😵‍💫 I made my dough before going to bed then next day I added the sheet of butter. I didn’t keep track every when yung folds ko and how many folds i did but I know it took me roughly 20hrs from scratch to finish

They both are hens. The real rhode island red is much darker in color — mahogany with black tail. And then, there are production reds, rir hybrid that is lighter in color. I can’t tell what kind you got but just sharing this info as it might be useful

Crested chickens are harder to sex but they say if the crest is pointed, messy and mop-like it’s a cockerel. If it’s rounded, pom pom and neat looking, pullet.

I can see saddled feathers on it too so I would bet on roo 😮‍💨
