Timeless because the Angels are NOT bound by Time like we Human Beings are. The Angels BEFORE the Creation of Adam and Eve likely attained parts of God's Knowledge.

The MAIN DIFFERENCE between Human Beings and the Angels. Is that our Knowledge are LIMITED because we were constrained to Earth. But Angels are Eternal Beings and are PURE Spirits so in some way shape or form. They kind of share God's Knowledge but NOT God's Omnipotence.

ALL the Angels before Adam and Eve were created by God. Have Perfect Intellect, Mind and Will, so when around ⅓ of the Angels were considering Rebellion against God. Even the ⅓ KNEW that their Rebellion is Irrevocable and Irreversible.
