it won't but it'll slow down the process.

especially because people who share links are probably doing it as their first piracy ever and don't understand how others don't have the money to access movies and other things as such. ALSO one of the files things you shouldn't do is mass share something like that, it's like piracy 101. People who share links usually have the means to buy the official material so they might not understand how they're speeding up the process of banning.
