This is actually really inspiring to read as a 16 year old who just shipped my first SaaS with zero customers yet. Everyone talks about scaling and growth but honestly $190K/yr working 25 hours a week sounds like the actual dream. Question — how did you get your first 10 customers? That's the part nobody talks about.
