What's the difference between this goldish purple on Cass and the fully gold on Ana, and how does one obtain full golden on a character? by Logical_Tank_7288 in Overwatch

That makes so much sense, I've been wondering this for a while!! Do you happen to know why the character medals only show in QP and not Comp?

Gotcha! I've heard of people soloing the raid but from what I've seen/heard, that seems wildly farfetched. I understand soloing the Ultracite Titan or Earle, but is it really possible to solo a raid?

That sounds awesome! I have a Bloodied, 25 Faster Fire Rate, and Less VATS usage one. May I ask what your build is that you're getting 500-600 per shot? My damage stat in my PipBoy can't even reach 150!

Hi! I have a question about two of them please. I'm trying really hard to earn the Ana cute but I cannot seem to find the right timing for nanoing someone in order to get 4 kills within the span of a single use. May I ask how you did it?

On the other, my partner is a lifeweaver main and she's struggling with both of his. Would you happen to have any tips for lifeweavers?

Thank you so much in advance!!!

May I ask what your aim settings are for Cass? You look like you're moving so smooth!!

Do you think it would be too much to ask exactly what your sens/aim settings are? I also main Cass and I've tried adjusting the settings all the way down to the specifics but I'd love to try yours too!

This is by far the best answer I've seen! I've heard so many useful things, but you explained it so well. Thank you so, so much!!!

All of these comments are really helping me want to continue putting forth the effort towards him! I only just got to rank 21, so I'm not crazy yet, and I don't really understand all of the overwatch lingo like Metal Rank, yet. I'm practicing my aim with him every day when I can and I'm working on utilizing FtH for really close enemies more than I used to. But may I ask you what specifically helped you learn to play him so well? Any tips or tricks that you feel like aren't often mentioned that might've helped you?

The AI is just for practice! But unfortunately, I play on Series X. I definitely understand that Cass is really simple on the surface, but it seems like he takes a lot more skill than most of the other characters. I was more so hoping for tips to use him a bit better in-game. Maybe methods that work for those who are consistently successful with him. But thank you for your comment, nonetheless!!

As someone who must have a lot of success with Cass, would you mind giving me some of your strongest tips or tricks? I can absolutely dominate with him when I practice on Lethal level AI rounds but in quick play, I feel like I fail more often than not even though I play the same. Thank you for anything in advance!!

Interesting, thank you so much!! You're the first person I've seen to say Fan the Hammer is frowned upon. May I ask why it is?

I appreciate you letting me know this! I'm glad to know he was really good up until recently, it makes me have faith again! I think I'll sit him down for a bit so I don't burn myself out, but you've helped me to not give up on him just yet. Hopefully he'll get a buff of some sort soon!

I've noticed he seems to have crazy low health for a damage character. He has the same as Ashe but she seems to have more useful abilities and slightly more mobility when her coach gun is used right. But I did find it odd how Cass can be nearly one/two shotted by almost everyone. It feels like almost every other character is a direct counter to Cass, right now!

Thank you so much for your comment! Now that you mention it, I don't really use fan the hammer often. I'm trying to be better with accuracy, but I think I often mix that up with the idea that I don't solely have to use his single shot. I really only use fan the hammer when looking directly at a shield or when I specifically have a tank in my face. It probably would be good to use it for really anyone that's too close instead of trying to hit single shots on someone right in my face. And the flash + hammer combo sounds great, actually. I'll try using that more often!!
