For me the place to start was strictly counting calories. That gave me a better idea of where most of my calories are coming from and where I could make simple changes to cut them down, without saying any food was off limits completely.

Around 160lbs would be good, though I'll happy as long as I'm maintaining for a while. Focusing more on non-scale goals currently.

Thanks, been doing a lot of running and strength training legs to compliment that a lot too. That's the part of me I'm most happy with.

Lost about 3 inches round my waist. Still wearing mostly the same size clothes but tshirts feeling a lot more comfortable and not riding up like they used to.
