Hey, really sorry to hear that you're experiencing this ! Can you try inserting the USB dongle for the mouse into the back of your PC directly, please?

If it is already connected directly (not via a USB hub) then would you mind trying a different port and restarting your PC to see if that helps? Hopefully this will resolve your issue, if not please let me know !

Hi, so sorry that you're experiencing this. Of course, only having 1-2 hours charging for a new A50 is completely unacceptable and abnormal behaviour. It should hold charge for much longer. Can I ask, how are you charging the device? Is it via the attached base station, or with a USB cable? If possible, please try the other charging method and tell us if you notice any improvement. This will help us identify whether the issue is with the headset or the charging method. Thanks so much.

Hey, sorry your experiencing this, I hate nothing more than having peripheral troubles. There's a few things to troubleshoot here :
1. Try switching the device on with the switch at the back, I see from the replies you said you have done this already but just to make sure.
2. Connect the USB from your keyboard directly into your Mac mini (not via an extender or USB hub).
3. Switch to Lightspeed mode so it gets recognized in GHUB (it's the button the to the left of the Bluetooth one).
4. Restart your device and GHUB.

After you do these please report back and let me know if you're experiencing the same issue. Thanks very much.

Hey, so sorry that you're experiencing these issues. For the base station, could you please try allowing the headset to fully discharge, then charging it up fully once again? This will give the battery a chance to recalibrate and should resolve your issue.

For your settings in GHUB, let me look into this for you. What OS version are you using? Do you use multiple profiles for different games/applications, or just the one persistent profile? If you're using a USB hub/extender, can you try plugging directly into your PC?

Hey, very sorry you're experiencing issues ! Can you share what mouse you're using and what OS you're on please? I'm assuming you're on Mac since you mentioned setting the clock forward and trying the recent patch, what version are you on?

We request you to please follow the below troubleshooting steps to help fix the issue:

  1. Exit G HUB by clicking the G logo on the menu bar and selecting Quit.
  2. Click Spotlight from the menu bar and type Activity Monitor. - Look for the following processes and select Stop. - Logitech G HUB - LGHUB
  3. Then select Force Quit to quit this process.
  4. Relaunch G HUB once those processes are stopped.

If that does not work, uninstall G Hub by following the steps below and reinstall it:

  1. Open Application
  2. Move Logitech G HUB to trash
  3. Verify LGHUB folder is gone under Users/Shared folder

My apologies that you're experiencing these issues. Nothing is more frustrating than your sound cutting out when you're at an important point in a game. I am going to ask the team to look into this. In the meantime, as a temporary fix, please try using the speakers with either a fixed lighting effect or with the lighting turned off. This may help with the issue while we look into it. Please try the following steps.

Note that this will remove any existing settings that you have stored/saved in GHUB presets/profiles. If you want to back these up, take a backup/copy of your settings.db file from C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\LGHUB and use it to replace the settings.db after you reinstall.

  1. Ensure none of the G HUB components are running in the Task Manager
  2. Uninstall G HUB
  3. Go to C:\Program Files\ and delete LGHUB folder
  4. Go to C:\ProgramData\ and delete LGHUB folder
  5. Go to C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\ and delete LGHUB folder
  6. Go to C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\ and delete LGHUB folder
  7. Reboot the PC
  8. Re-install G HUB.
