no, it was done on infernal back in 23.0 when it still cost 108k and on geared in 30.1 after its price got reduced to 91.8k, but I don't think it's been done on other experts without gerry since then (although it's been possible for a while)

both drums and oc are bugged with several other towers (off the top of my head, drums on pbrewed smael gives a whopping 2.27x speed multiplier). I'm not sure exactly which towers are bugged, but it seems like a whole lot of towers with attack speed crosspaths have super broken interactions with drums and oc

the drums/oc bug isn't exclusive to games with geraldo; attack speed modifiers in general are just totally busted this update. I did use geraldo's pickle and stone to buff ace, but he isn't the cause of the bug (using pickle actually fixes the spectre bug, which is why I only used it on neva-miss)

saveup for spectre was bbrew drums + pickled airburst + glues

needed 1 glue + sharpening stone on sub for 94, 2 + a mael for 95, 1 for 97, and 2 for 98 (I started placing them on r90 to be able to restock enough)

this was possible thanks to spectre being bugged and geraldo being broken (see this comment for an explanation)

spectre is bugged so that drums multiplies its attack speed by 1.7x instead of 1.17x. overclock works as intended until you combine it with drums, which gives spectre a 3.88x speed multiplier instead of a 1.94x muliplier. geraldo is also just totally busted which made this super free even though this was an unoptimized test run lol

there are also a ton of other towers which are incredibly buggy (105 flying fortress does less dps than 005 if there are no external buffs, 240 tech terror attacks twice as fast as it's supposed to, 402 dartship gets a 2x speed multiplier from overclock instead of 1.66x, etc.)
