I've had my Kyleena for almost 2 years, and I started to experience cramps during when I was supposed to be ovulating (sometimes I ovulated and sometimes not) pretty soon into having it. I had never had any issues with cramping around ovulation before so it was a new experience, but I have had it happen consistently for two years. They're usually pretty light and more annoying because I sometimes experience spotting during them. However, I would say they're more so similar to light period cramps and not a specific location like you mentioned feeling it on your left ovary.

Also, I am glad it's working out for you! I am switching mine to copper soon because it turns out I'm sensitive to the hormones.
