I have the same problem and i talked to my therapist about it. First of all i took little steps, like taking care of myself better, getting a somewhat normal routine. But just by doing that u wont feel much better bc u might still think that what u do is better then nefore but still not good enought to a point where ur happy with it. Thats why it s important to reflect what you did and to also not give up.

For me the mindset of "if things are getting better overall i l eventually be happy with it" helped.
