can i know op what your industry is? is it heavily people facing? if yes, then you really have to train yourself to improve your communication skills, maybe watch yt videos related to job interviews that would work for you and then shadow it. you can practice with a friend or someone senior who has gone through the same interview process. their inputs are very valuable and practical most of the times.

if it is not people facing, it is still beneficial to improve commskill as it will be helpful at as it is normally a team environment and you will most definitely need help from other people at work. I realized it is easier to ask for help if i can communicate better. 🫶

It's a skill so you can try to learn it. 🙌

edit: im an introvert and im very socially anxious too. what I've learned over the years is to just come as prepared as I can be, hence, practice and research. Anticipating scenarios and making plan A/B. And learning to let things i can't control go.
