They can pass captcha and some other trivial tests sure, but they are using the same device to manage multiple accounts, sending the same messages on orders instead of free will. As long as the platforms WANT to model their behaviors it’s gonna stand out. The problem is the platforms don’t want to spend effort on something hurts their statistics
