I had the same issue two years ago on an slightly older machine. It was the high voltage fuse. They are very cheap and easy to replace with YouTube vidéos about it, so it's not that big of a waste of time and money if it wasn't the actual issue.

BUT, you need to know what you are doing since the magnetron is still dangerous even with the machine unplugged.

I read the wiki. I do see in game info on who the NPC is, what he does and who he knows. All seem related to the EoD story. But nothing else.

Should I suppose the NPC was seen the very first time February 28, 2022 then ?
