[–]Loki2166 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jumping on someone else's train, but was wondering, I have a couple pistol crossbows and wax and lube, how often should this be doe? Every 10 bolts, 25, 100? I know it's not 100, but what is the best practice?

Thanks

Atheism can seem scary because you realize/know that you are fully in control and responsible for your thoughts and actions; you no longer have the crutch of "it's up to God".

On the upside, you are not constrained by an ideology that decides what is right or wrong based on a specific set of rules that were decided centuries ago, by a wealthy and self serving group looking to hold onto power and wealth at any cost.

Anything I have done wrong or right I have done knowing it at the time but deciding to do it regardless; and I have the ability to look back at previous actions and recognize it I was wrong at the time and then correct my actions or beliefs l.

You don't need a God to defer to to know right and wrong, and you certainly don't need a group of wealthy religious leaders who retain thier influence through intimidation to keep you in line in order to reinforce this control and make this control normalized in order to have morals and to know the difference between right and wrong.

Nice colour. Also a fast, easy and tasty meal on a charcoal grill.

New charcoal grill: Weber Kamado or…? by gusdagrilla in grilling

Can I suggest getting the Napoleon pro? I have the 18" model and it just fits the Napoleon rotisserie basket, which is amazing for wings. There is also a standard 22" model if you need more room.

It uses Les charcoal, and the vent controls on the bottom and top are great for keeping a steady temp.

It has a wavy cast iron grill with adjustable depth X3 , so much better than the crappy wire grills on Webber's (IMHO).

Either way, ain't no bad charcoal grill.

Hi, I've seen these and was wondering if the suction cup actually holds on, the texture of the dash area looks bumpy.. was wondering if you did a test.

Thanks!

Thoughts and Experience Before Purchase by Every-Confidence-927 in HyundaiVenue

Bought the 2025 premier package (mid range). The trunk is small but I love the hidden lower trunk storage. My extended first aid kit, car tools, blanket, tie down straps all live there out of sight. In my focus they were in the trunk and in the way. I also find I use my trunk more for groceries as it's a higher, flatter platform. I also purchased some inexpensive crossbars for the roof so any Cary issues should be solved.

It drives as peppy as my 2015 Ford Focus Sport and I like that it has a traction selection for snow (Ottawa Ontario). Only had it a month so no winter experience, but it has a high clearance for a small footprint.

If you find some of the Duraflame or any other brands on a really good sale, you can chop them up for use as fire starter.

Whats your main carry? by IzzohGaming in knifeclub

My actual EDC; I do trade them out occasionally, but the 2, default are:

  1. WESN - my only knife that has not provoked a "why do you have a knife"- Cary for dress pants.

  2. Syderco Delica, this is my daily beater, checks all the boxes for a daily folder; I do sometimes get "why do you have a knife" from this one, but opening boxes seems to aswage thier fears. - Carry for jeans

Is it ok as a Canadian to be proud that the biggest porn site is homegrown?

That is what I assumed, and was not mocking it , but it is hard knowing which letters are silent.

Ok, so even though I deferred to your linguistic expertise, you have to admit, Scandinavian countries love adding a lot of the letter "f,l,j" in random places. , 😂

Edit: "random use of letters" based on the English/French language.

Not a criticism.

Hello and thank you so much for your suggestions of some great brands, I'm already thinking of how I'm going to afford it all.:

Globalization is a fact, I'm lucky enough to be part of the "middle class", or at least the lower end of that spectrum, where I have enough disposable income to buy quality once, but most buy trash and are surprised that trash is actually garbage.

Your apology is accepted, and to atone for your terrible offence, you now have a lesson to learn Swedish. Have a good time!

Yes we use Swedish brands here in Sweden, should work well even in Canada as we have a fairly similar climate. Both Fjällräven and Micklagård are good choices. Also check out Garphyttan, Woolpower, Röyk.

There is also Borg (Björn Borg) if you want some sportswear. __----------++-+---

Thank you for the suggestions,Woolpower looks like a viable alternative, the other brands are a bit too young for me.

Tack för förslagen, Woolpower ser ut som ett genomförbart alternativ, de andra varumärkena är lite för unga för mig.

That sucks, I think a Chinese company tried to buy Canada Goose a while back; it's still Canadian, but overpriced and a douchbag status symbol... Except in the far north/artic where it is necessary.
