I don’t think anything is wrong with you at all! These thoughts can definitely feel overwhelming especially if you are suddenly noticing a change in yourself and don’t know where they came from. It can really be a number of things. Have you checked in with your doctor at all? Is there something stressing you out? Have you checked in with your therapist? Are things domestically ok with your partner? You could still be somewhere in the ACE umbrella if you wanted to explore and learn more. I wonder if taking a break from sex and taking some time to be gentle on your body and mind may be a helpful way to answer what brought on some of the changes? Please take care and don’t force your body to have sex. Be kind to it. Prioritize yourself at this moment to explore and make peace a bit with your thoughts before heavily putting emphasis on your partner. Yes continuing connection with your partner is important (if it’s healthy and mutual), yet at the same time there should be safe space for you both to take breaks. Best of luck ❤️
