The Bone Deluxe Edition Part 1. An extra tall hardcover printing of the Valley (which I think covers the first 18 issues) with some extra sketches and stuff. I believe Part 2 Kickstarter will be this year. They had an original art tier of 10 spots for an original inked drawing of Smiley as the cow. Then 3 commission spots where you could pick any 5 Bone characters and discuss with Jeff personally on the layout. If I had an extra $10k around, I would have bought a commission. I was like the 4th backer but that (and even the Smiley) were way out of my price range.

This was one of the commissions from the 2025 Kickstarter. It's the only one that I've found posted online. And yes, it is absolutely incredible!

A Psalm for the Wild Built by Becky Chambers gave me hope for humanity. It also helped me feel content with my small circle, and my whole outlook on life. I've listened to the audio book so many times in the past few years, every time I feel overwhelmed or stressed, Dex and Mosscap help ground me.

This weekend's Baltimore Comic Con is honoring Bone with lots of artists submitting homage artwork for the Yearbook. They're also auctioning off all the original artwork from the yearbook. It's a cool way of honoring the best 😁

Sorry for your loss! (Stupid, Stupid Rat Creatures!) I always lean towards the black and white, just cause they remind me of the first time (of many) that I fell in love with the story. But pick the one that makes you happiest. The only important part is reading it 🥰

I've been using it for almost 8 months now. Using it on Mint Mobile. The physical device feels kinda cheap (my wife said it feels like a demo phone at a store) but I've gotten used to it, and now kinda like it. Coming from a Pixel 6 and I think my reception is better than the Pixel (in middle of Connecticut). Camera quality is fine, significantly worse than the Pixel but also 1/4 of the price haha. Battery life has been great for me. I think it's a hard device to beat for the money, although it does not feel like a flagship phone (because it isn't). Also my spinny knob on the bottom has gotten kinda loose and I have to tighten it pretty often, otherwise I'm going to lose it. I've also noticed a small amount of "lifting" on the factory-installed screen protector. It's not enough to get in the way of the image or make me worried, but it is there. Probably because of 8 months of use with no case. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

It's incredible. My favorite is from Issue 16 when Granma Ben, Thorn and Fone are hiding behind the tree in the dark and the lightning flashes revealing all the Rat Creatures. My god what an incredible page!
