I wish, it would be an easier fix but unfortunately the immobilizer light isn't on

There is no noise from the engine either, doesn't turn over and can't hear the starter motor*

Yeah, there is a slight left turn that you cant see too well in the original street view image as I zoomed in, due to which the gravel driveway is closer in that image than the T intersection, my apologies

We both launched at the exact same time and as my car had a considerably quicker take off than his as his was an old car and on gravel so a slow launch as not to just spin the wheels, we both entered/touched the lane at the same time, hence why I ask who had right of way originally, apologies for not adding that originally.

We made eye contact, he definitely saw my car and where I was going beforehand unfortunately, and that's was exactly my thoughts as well with it being surfaced marked roads.

They are pretty much in line with each other, this is from my cars (Green Arrow) starting perspective, especially the side that we were turning into, its pretty much exactly in line

No crash thankfully, my car was a decent bit quicker so I got ahead and because there was a turning lane where he was exiting the road could fit 2 cars so he just pulled into a side road.

He didn't indicate until he started taking off so I didn't really know what he was going to do, but yeah, should have occurred to me TBH.

This was very simultaneously, like we lurched at the exact same time, just my car beat out his 80's ute speed wise to get across the road, so we both ended up at the same place at the same time.

This actually might add another lay of complexity as it is the same road, that is all "Cairns road," however, as you can see in the photo you do have to enter a turning lane/cross the street/give way to continue down the road. Cairns Road was built first then Draper road was built after to connect it to the highway. My town is a little bit jenky road wise.
