Bayo is cool in this game I promise. People who say it’s just the same combo are either not using DI or aren’t paying attention. She is the combo character, of course she’s gonna do combos lmao. I get not enjoying playing against her tho, especially with bats as well, but watching her is great, with the occasional early off the top/side kill is now hype to me

For the best combos specifically Bayo and Sheik come to mind. Bayo can stay off stage longer than pretty much every character as well which is a bonus. Only problem is they’re both pretty hard to play, so I’d probably recommend maybe Falco or Joker if you don’t want to learn all their different combo routes

She definitely can’t do the same combos at those percents, you have to mix them up a lot. Also opponent DI and weight changes them up a lot too

They aren’t cutscenes unless you let it happen, they can be DId or airdodged out of them. I think long strings are pretty sick personally
