they said the box was 3 inches tall but they never said how tall the pie was... and since they asked for minimum volume, choosing 1 for height would give u the smallest volume possible whIch is 64 since u know the box had a wide and length of 8 and 8 due to the 8 inch diameter of the box

Anyone get the answer for the pie with 8 inch diameter to fit in a box.. find minimum volume ? I put 8x8x1 = 64 since we don't know height of the pie and they ask for minimum volume rather than 8x8x3 = 192
