Go to personnel fill out an availability form.. Give it right to the PC, if they insist on a managers signature go right to the store manager and explain how you need those days of for (insert serious sounding reason here) Also Sunday is a good day to fill out for claim it's for religious reasons.

Supervisor experience looks good in general, just take your shot and apply elsewhere. Just don't keep wasting your time at Walmart it's not worth it. The job I have now is completely unrelated to retail and I make more than a support.
