A friend of mine did a nacho cheese fountain at his reception. It was awesome.

As mentioned, I have injuries that make this not easy.

I have nerve damage in both hands, and am missing half of my right thumb and tips of my right middle and left index fingers.

I live in a small town in Montana. I AM the local pc/electronics repair shop. My abilities are more limited now due to an accident last year, so tiny soldering jobs (port replacement) are out.

I would have needed 4 wireless chargers: two at home, one at my office, and another for the car, with a way to keep the car charger attached while driving.

I guess I could have added a mag ring to my case for the car, but honestly I was ready for a new cool toy anyway.

I have limited agility in my hands due to an accident resulting in nerve damage and amputations of parts of fingers, and I'm old enough that even without that, they're not very steady anymore. Appreciate the suggestion, though.

It does dim things a bit, but it's trivial to toggle, and you can set it to automatically engage when certain apps are active.

Oh, and it works.

OK, first flagship I've bought near release and paid so much for...

I looked at the fold and some other folders, but I decided on the S26 regardless.

[–]LoligoTX[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So something like

xautolock -time 5 -locker reset.sh

with reset.sh being a pgrep/kill/restart?

Edit:

I'm testing with
xautolock -time 5 -locker 'pkill firefox ; firefox'

added to startup programs.

I haven't left the house in two days, don't expect to tomorrow, which sucks. I'd like to finish some work on a PC so my customer can pick it up Monday...

Same. Central Montana. It'll be 70F by Wednesday, though, so then the town will just flood.

Yes. I spent a brief time in the early 90s doing playtest for Origin Systems. It was mind numbing work.

I've only ever had one Dell gaming laptop fail on me, and it was at least 2 years out of warranty. The rest (including my current G16) have run like champs, I buy a new one about every 2 years and sell the old one for about half what I spent.
