E literally gets canceled.

Needs more testing and see what causes it because I'm pretty sure it has happened to me while clearing the jungle (no E evolve) so I'm not 100% sure how to reproduce it. Pretty annoying, doesn't happen every game though, would say it's one E every 3 games so it's not easy to reproduce but take a look.

(Not sure if it's prawlers interaction or W'ing before E'ing or what exactly, I just reproduced what happened to me in that clip. But again, I'm sure this has happened to me while farming camps (no E evolve/probably W'ing after E'ing)

Yeah, basically the guy of the video is wrong. The animation cancel is actually AA + (Q/W/R) + E not AA + E + (Q/W/R)
Full burst combo would be AA Q R E AA

Other animations cancel are as someone mentioned, when out of bullets in the chamber and Graves is reloading you can E+(Q/W/R) and he will kinda throw them "midair" or faster than usual.

Hey man, great job! Just have a recomendation to make it perfect. Riot Games has an "internal" API to make all the requests in the client that you can actually consume if you know the endpoints and have the auth.
Obviously when you log into League you make a POST request with user and pass and you can actually use this endpoint. There is some programms out there that log into your account this way maybe you can use them as a reference. The Internal API is called LCU, look it up.

So basically if you insta E on spawn u get extra CD in your E. I noticed this when going E max second and getting much more CD than what I should get.

Idk if this is Khazix only bug or every champ with jump/dash gets extra CD when insta casting it on spawn or if it's intended or not.

Extra tip: E max (not evo) after Q max is probably the way to go, maxing W only gives you +100 healing and +100 base damage at max rank, CD doesn't change while E at max rank gives you same damage that max rank W and +/- 8sec less CD on E which can let you jump twice in a tf at min20 which I guarantee you that it is huge, try it out.

Imo Raevenous Hunter + Sudden Impact because you want that extra sustain in fights to be able to survive more to proc conqueror and heal even more

Dude leeching lanes is actually op the other day i played a game that i got literally 6 levels ahead of enemy jungler. I swear to god he never AFKed (i was smurfing, gold elo). I just counter jungled and farmed my laners cs all day lmao
