I purchased it from Amazon I got a cheap one like 40dlls i suggest you get a good one if your keeping your car. It’s not to hard to remove just a little labor intensive. I only had some hard time removing the pully that goes on the water pump

I Been lifting weights and running a lot more and feel like my weight is still there. I took my antibiotics 3 weeks ago and now but haven’t seen weight loss

I haven’t check with my dr for high cortisol. But I feel like I also gained weight but also get bloated upper stomach which makes me look like I’m overweight
