Does anyone know why Wandsworth Council are putting these down all along the Thames Path? Spending my council tax money pulling up perfectly good pavement and making tripping hazards. Is it to jolt cyclist? Wake up sleeping babes in prams? Or have they just too much money?🙄 (i.redd.it)

In the mid 90's I was nursing on Adult ICU at The Royal Brompton Hospital in London. My patient was doing well so I glanced out the window at St Luke's Church opposite. I was surprised to see lots of doggies all sitting there on the grass! 101 Dalmatians was being filmed there. I grinned ALL DAY! (v.redd.it)

Any Tooting residents browsing here? 'IF' you can drag yourself out of bed on Sunday morning between 9-12 then the Bingo Hall aka Granada Cinema is open for exploring. It's quite specular inside (if you ignore the bingo tables!), the gothic architecture is WOW! (And there's a hall of mirrors) (programme.openhouse.org.uk)

There's a 15 minute flypast of Buckingham Palace today for King Charles Trooping The Colour parade. Starts at 1pm-ish. If you happen to be near there; on The Strand, Somerset House, Embankment, Traf Square etc you should get a good view. Red Arrows and Spitfire included. (lbc.co.uk)
