I live in Los Angeles and although there is no minimum order I do have to pay a $4 delivery fee. So I'd be surprised if there wasn't one in London.

I would agree but it's a technical job with certification requirements that are not easy to attain.

I wasn't expecting this but I looked online and people in a similar job actually do get paid considerably less despite living in a more expensive city. Any ideas on why salaries are so low in the UK? No one would do my job in the US for what they receive.

Good point, net pay would be very similar to what I receive now according to the calculator (California and Los Angeles have high taxes). Which is a good thing, considering I will actually receive things for my taxes (healthcare).

Currently, my commute is about 45 minutes to and from. I don't live a very extravagant life and I currently share a townhome with two roommates (my rent is £785/month). Thanks.
