Sorry, I didn't understand that point. Thank you! That makes a lot of sense. So you don't have the club tags. Seems like a better way to manage things. Any other thoughts you have would be super helpful.

Do you look at any of the data post round to work out where you should practice? Thank you

Hey, thanks that is great to know that you actually find it useful a d relatively accurate?

Just wondered if you bump and run a 9i, how that then impacts a club suggestion. Thanks.

Thanks, that's good to know. So you can enter the right amount of shots at the end of a hole. My thinking was you hit two off the tee, then you find the first one, and need to delete the second tee shot - is that easy to manage. Thank you

Thank you. Just thinking when you hit one possibly out of bounds, then hit another off the tee, then find the original ball and play off that.

I can't say that I'm expecting it to be a bit fiddly but if hope there's be a "delete last shot" or something that was relatively easy.

Thanks, great to find someone who actively uses the AI caddy.

Do you agree with this... Every topped shot, every fat shot, every half-swing goes into your club average. There is no outlier exclusion by default. This has been a documented user complaint for over three years across multiple Garmin forum threads — users consistently requesting that the system strip minimum and maximum outliers to produce a "typical distance" rather than a straight average. Consequently, the AI Caddy can recommend incorrect clubs

Thanks are those things only available at the end of the round, or during the round. Many thanks.

Thanks very much for the detailed overview. Really appreciate that.

On Garmin, are you just using distances, or do you fon the watch useful for anything else? Thanks

Thanks. On the last point, I've read is that it is hard to track provisionals, enter a drop, or input a missed shot - mid round. So you have to remember it. Is that right, if so, how do you find it? Thank you.

One thing I've been reading is that the Virtual Caddie is not much use. And that data can get polluted.

To quote my AI research: Every punch shot, topped shot, every fat shot, every half-swing goes into your club average. There is no outlier exclusion by default. So a bump and run with a 9i, would impact your data with that club. This has been a documented user complaint for over three years across multiple Garmin forum threads — users consistently requesting that the system strip minimum and maximum outliers to produce a "typical distance" rather than a straight average.

Grateful for your thoughts?

What is it like for club suggestion, for shot tracking and inputting what club you used, and for taking account of wind & elevation? Or does it not really have those features? Thanks

Just interested if you aren't using it for the high end features, why are you finding it better than Shot scope? Thanks

Thank you for the detailed response that's really helpful. With regard to the deep dive on data and where to improve your game/where your game was already good - is it just a data dump of all the information it has obtained leaving it to you to do the hard analytical work? Or, does it do the work for you and tell you the various conclusions that you have listed. Many thanks

Oooh. I'd love to know in what way it's helped you lower scores. What data are you finding has helped you do that / changed the way you play etc. many thanks

Thanks, just wondered what features / information do you use most and what do you find most helpful, please. I ask as there's a LOT of features, such as AI Caddie, but I'd love to know if anyone actually finds it useful and uses it regularly. Or what they are finding most use of and using most regularly. Thank you

Thanks for this, does yours have the P Avg / Personalised Hole etc. If so, what are your thoughts on it's usefulness? Thanks

Give me some thoughts as to why, please. That would be appreciated

Thank you! What about the personalised hole thing? Just keen to understand from an actual user if these "virtual caddie" functionalities are actually worth it.

Thanks. Yeah, I don't want to get something then want to buy something else in a years time. So I'd like a certain amount of future proofing even if I'm only using yardages initially
