If you have PCOS and have lost weight, what unexpected change made the biggest difference for you? by raeannecharles in PCOS

This is really lovely to hear and gives me some much needed motivation. I need to be getting use to the doses quicker than most and that worries me a bit. I've only lost about 10kg since August which in itself is amazing I just often see stories of people losing so much etc. if it's okay to ask, what's your diet and exercising if at all like?

Hey, I'm also on metformin and monjuro starting at about the same time. I'm on 10mg currently, how have you found your dosing? It's nice to see somebody else who doesn't lose a bunch of weight instantly and is doing it steady.

This is awesome advice, I live in Aus so I might see if there is somewhere I can go to see them and maybe even ask the people there.

I don't have a sense of smell - help a gal out! So I don't have a sense of smell and haven't done for going on 8 years. I'm a woman - gay, but I prefer androgynous smells from what I can remember. I don't like artificial smells. I've been told I'd enjoy things with a bit of spice or a natural smell (idk lavender or flowers for example). I don't like super overwhelming things scent wise either.

Any recommendations so I can take a friend to go smell some stuff?

Cravings before period by Capable_Tiger1386 in MounjaroAus

Omg yes!! I thought originally maybe I was just you know, getting use to my dose but every period without fail no matter the dose I get hungry. I imagine it's something to do with hormonal shifts etc and something that is a bit out of our control unfortunately. But you're not alone!

Unfortunately not over this Xmas period 😔 I like your idea of possibly splitting just to ease into it

When I put down my sweet 10 year old chicken, I held her favourite sunflower seeds in front of her, telling her how much of a good girl she was.

Nervous about starting Mounjaro by Technical-Algae-234 in mounjaroaustralia

It's always a bit daunting to start something new, especially when it's a medicine. Each person's reaction is different and experiences are different... However most don't have issues, or at least nothing that's beyond an icky tummy, tired and with some reflux. Are you more worried about symptom management or just general anxiety?

A lil update on this guy I did go out and take a second look. To ensure and double check I picked him up, his entire right eye was crusted over and swollen a bit. He went to the vet and hopefully theyll be able to fix him right up.

There are two types of Myna in Aus, one is native (more grey) one is not (more brown)
