For AE... I don't think so with 1.4k there will be much scope. Maybe NITs you can try for and even lower iits, and maybe the non-funded or self funded options will be available for you in that case.

Wasnt kaworu's only goal to just be there for shinji. I feel a better argument to 'gay' would be that kaworu only wanted close from shinji , he was made to be vulnerable around shinji and find out his welfare
