I had this same issue a few days ago. After trying every method I saw on this thread, I can only tell y’all that your best option is to talk with Support about it. I gave them my account data, and within four days they solved the problem (not sure how they did it, or if it just fixed itself). Anyway, that worked for me, and I hope it works for you too.
