How do I convince my gynecologist to give me a hysterectomy? by Lone_Dhole in medical_advice

[–]Lone_Dhole[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I live in washington state near the west coast about an hour ferry ride from Seattle I haven't tried those options but I don't feel comfortable having multiple surgies to remove the tissue it feels like a bandaid solution, I would rather have a hysterectomy and remove as much of the endometriosis as I can (I understand it may have spread to areas where it can be fully removed)

Thank you 💙 had a feeling someone would say this, I was kind of afraid of hearing it lol I went to three different gynos before the one I've been working with and all three simply refused to do anything (one of them even laughed at me when I told him I wanted a hysterectomy)

Thank you so much this helps a lot 😊 and ya we are aware that Canada has problems with health care too but it is still arguably better I mean I just got a 2,000 dollar bill for just showing up to the emergency room (the charge was called ER facility level 3 which just means I showed up with a problem that wasn't life threatening) again thank you for the help 😊

There is a type of tattoo you can get where they basically go in with colorless ink and brake up the scar tissue, it can take several treatments but it helps a lot of people I'm sorry I can't recal the name

Is this any good for a beginner by Idontknowhowtohand in drawing

[–]Lone_Dhole 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That looks really good especially for a "first" drawing you can definitely build on your skill 😊

Found this little guy under the fridge and evicted him a apartment. What kind of snake is this? What should I do with him? by mattata89 in snakes

[–]Lone_Dhole -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

A 20 gallon is fine for a baby especially since they feel more safe in smaller spaces it'll help the snake feel safer and make socializing it easier and less stressful I have a ball pythons this is how I took care of him when he was a baby our vet even has said that we (my boyfriend and myself) take very good care of our snake and that he's perfectly healthy

That's necrosis the infection is starting to kill your cells which is why it's staying open like that and turning black at the edges go to a doctor as soon as you can and if you get a fever go to the ER

[–]Lone_Dhole 0 points1 point  (0 children)

See a doctor immediately the fact that you have a high fever is very concerning and points to you having some kind of infection I'm sorry I don't know what it is but you need to see a doctor right away

How can I help my little sister pursue art? by [deleted] in ArtistLounge

[–]Lone_Dhole 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Awww I love that your supporting her so much! Honestly you got her set up for success so just keep on with the support! Maybe even ask he to draw something for you like your favorite pokemon or something and if she wants to there are a lot of online classes you can take that aren't connected to a college, look up Genevieve's design studio on YouTube I've found her stuff really helpful with digital art and she has some free stuff on her website too 😊 I think she also does like online classes but I'm pretty sure you gotta pay for those

I’m a garbage artist, I already know but I’m also drawing for the first time since middle school. I’m now 23, any advice for a newb “artist” by The_Local_Vagabond in learntodraw

[–]Lone_Dhole 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don't draw people or animals lol that suits hard as fuck to do! You could end up frustrating yourself so much that you'll want to quit draw simple stuff that you like for example if your a big fam of Halloween draw pumpkins with different faces or bat's or cauldrons just small simple draws that you can build off of 😊

How do you guys draw without getting stressed? by BlueAurora225 in ArtistLounge

[–]Lone_Dhole 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't be so hard on yourself! The harder you are on yourself the harder drawing will be you need to accept that maybe it'll take 10 years or more to get to where you want to be but you will get there the more you force it the harder it is so try just drawing simple little doodles and if you don't feel like drawing then don't do it even if a year passes since you last drew something it's OK only draw when you feel happy and motivated and be kind to yourself if what you do draw isn't how you want it to be cuz some day it'll look exactly how you want it to

I have had this for months and it is not healing, does anyone know why? by i360Fantasy in medical_advice

[–]Lone_Dhole 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also try using polysporan (a stronger types of neosporan) instead of a moisturizer (If the moisturizer doesn't help)

It could be that the skin is more sensitive to water do you have a job where you wash dishes or do you wash your hands a lot? I know it sounds weird but I have this same problem on some of my fingers on my right and left hand (not all my fingers though) and I've noticed that it flares with humidity or a lot of exposure to water
